1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued only under the following circumstances:
We fail to deliver the final highlight reel within the agreed-upon timeline and no communication has been provided regarding delays.
There is a significant error or omission in the delivered product that cannot be corrected after revisions.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:
• Dissatisfaction with play selections (for “We Pick” services).
• Failure to provide necessary footage, timestamps, or information required for editing.
• Changes in preference after the editing process has begun.
• Issues arising from poor-quality or corrupted footage provided by the customer.
3. Revision Policy
We offer a limited number of revisions (based on your selected package) to ensure you are satisfied with the final product. If additional revisions are required beyond what is included in your package, extra fees may apply.
4. Cancellation Policy
Once editing has begun, cancellations are not permitted. If you wish to cancel your order before the editing process starts, please contact us immediately. Refunds for cancellations will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
