Provision Soccer offers professional soccer highlight reel editing services designed to assist athletes in showcasing their skills. By submitting footage or purchasing a package, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
• You have the right to submit the footage and allow us to edit and use it as described in these Terms.
• The quality of the highlight reel depends on the quality of the footage submitted.
2. Pricing and Payment
• All prices are listed on the Website and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment is required upfront for all services and must be made through our approved payment methods.
• Additional fees may apply for rush edits, extended footage, or custom requests.
3. Footage Submission
• Customers are responsible for ensuring footage is submitted through our designated platforms (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox).
• By submitting footage, you grant us the right to use and edit it solely for the purpose of creating your highlight reel.
• We are not liable for lost, corrupted, or incomplete footage.
4. Turnaround Time
• Standard and rush delivery timelines will be outlined in your selected package.
• Delivery times may vary depending on workload, but we will strive to meet all deadlines.
5. “We Pick” vs. “You Pick” Services
• We Pick: Customers submit full game footage, and we analyze and select the best plays to include.
• You Pick: Customers analyze their own footage and provide specific timestamps for inclusion in the reel.
• No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with play selections.
6. Refund Policy
• Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final.
• Refunds are only issued in cases where we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service within the specified timeframe.
7. Intellectual Property
• All edited highlight reels are the property of the customer.
• We reserve the right to use anonymized versions of completed reels for promotional purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise.
8. Limitation of Liability
• We are not responsible for any missed recruitment opportunities, scholarship denials, or other outcomes related to the use of our highlight reels.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.
9. User Conduct
By using our services, you agree not to:
• Submit footage that contains inappropriate, illegal, or copyrighted content without proper authorization.
• Use our services for any unlawful purposes.
